My poor Sim wants to get ahead in her career, but all she seems to do is go to work and then mentor sims, and then eat and sleep. One study by MIT Sloan found that a controlled, 12-month soft skills training trial in five different factories yielded a 250% ROI in just eight months. I know you can't mentor other sims if their fitness is higher than yours (I think), but I would invite sims that I knew had low fitness, and still I couldn't always mentor them. I also found it hard to actually find sims to mentor, because it seemed a bit random who I coukd mentor. But before that, she'd finish work at 2pm, I'd quickly fill her needs, then she would be at the gym until late at night trying to get it 100% completed. She hit level 10 fitness recently, and now it seems a bit faster. But I found it was taking her hours and hours to do. In that career, they get to mentor sims sooner than level 10 fitness. Her daily task is mentor sims at the gym. Has anyone found this? My sim is doing the Athletic body builder career.
